Kurt Farrugia becomes CEO of Residenza Malta

The Ministry for Education and Sport on Tuesday announced the appointment of Kurt Farrugia as Chief Executive Officer of Residenza Malta with effect from 1 July 2026. Farrugia moved out of Transport Malta where he served as CEO after disagreement with Sustainable Mobility Minister Chris Bonett. The Education Ministry said Farrugia "brings extensive
