Government deficit contracted sharply at end of 2025 - NSO data
The government recorded a deficit of €237.2 million at the end of last year, the NSO said on Wednesday. That was down from €750.4 million at the end of the previous year. In a statement on the fourth quarter of last year, it said that between October and December, total government revenue amounted to €2,455.8 million, an increase of €311.0 million
