Opposition leader Alex Borg has unveiled another key proposal, this time focusing on what he describes as a long-term structural reform of Malta’s energy sector. Positioning the plan as more than just a short-term electoral measure, Borg said the proposal is intended to kickstart a broader shift towards a more sustainable and resilient energy system
